Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a cook into its team at the Caser Residencial business for our care center in Pontevedra.

Reporting directly to the head chef, your mission will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of the kitchen team, ensuring the correct preparation of menus and special diets, in compliance with the center's guidelines and under the supervision of the medical department, to guarantee healthy and balanced nutrition.

Among your main responsibilities are:

• Guarantee correct and optimal provisioning of the warehouses, proposing weekly food orders based on this.
• Supervise that the staff under your charge fulfills their professional activity, also monitoring their hygiene and their uniform.
• Perform monthly monitoring of the operating budget through weekly and monthly orders, with the Care Center Management, carrying out the necessary corrective actions.
• Guarantee the correct separation of waste generated during your activity and the responsible use of materials, supplies, and natural resources, informing your immediate supervisor of any observed incidents.
• Supervise the hygienic state of the utensils used in the preparation of menus.
• Take trash bags to the containers.
