The role
We are looking for a Cook to join the new central kitchen located in Tenerife.
Execute food preparation and production processes following the recipes, procedures, and quality standards established by the company. Guarantee correct product handling, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations, and contributing to the fulfillment of daily production objectives.
What you'll do
Prepare and make recipes according to the established technical sheets and quality standards.
Perform production tasks from raw material preparation to the packaging of finished products.
Control and record temperatures, cooking times, and other production parameters.
Guarantee the correct use and basic maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP procedures.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the work areas.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance with manufacturing plans.
Participate in the reception, storage, and control of raw materials when required.
