We are looking to incorporate into our team a Cook with a solid track record and a passion for gastronomy to join a high-level project. The ideal candidate will possess deep cooking experience, demonstrating skill, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. This role is fundamental to ensuring the quality and consistency of preparations, actively contributing to the reputation and success of the establishment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following the recipes and standards established by the chef or management.
• Efficiently manage assigned kitchen stations, ensuring an organized and productive workflow.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of ingredients, including cutting, cleaning, and organization.
• Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team in the creation of new dishes and menus, contributing innovative ideas and adapting to culinary trends.
• Control the stock of ingredients and raw materials, reporting replenishment needs and minimizing waste.
• Participate in the reception and storage of goods, verifying the quality and quantity of products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of work areas, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Adapt to different cooking styles and service needs, demonstrating versatility and resilience.
• Assist in the training of new or junior staff in kitchen techniques and procedures.

• Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years as a cook in restaurants, hotels, or high-quality catering establishments.
