About the job
Our client's want people to learn, have fun and be happy thanks to their amazing toys and games. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager for the board game Hitster to join their dynamic team during a maternity leave.
What you'll do
As our Brand Manager for Hitster, you'll build the brand's positioning, cultural relevance and long-term equity across all touchpoints.
To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define the brand positioning and territory, develop brand storytelling and narrative, and manage brand identity and guidelines.
- Communication & Campaigns: Define the global communication strategy, lead brand campaigns, develop storytelling for product launches, and ensure consistency across all communications.
- Retail Activations & Brand Execution: Approve brand-related trade activations, ensure brand consistency across markets, support markets in campaign execution
- Brand Platforms & Ecosystem: Oversee the brand presence across the brand app, the brand website, the corporate website, and digital platforms., ensuring consistency across these platforms even when managed by other teams.
- Brand Growth & Audience Development: monitor brand awareness and penetration, identify opportunities to reach new audiences, gather brand insights from markets and communities.
What we're looking for
- Degree: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strategic & forward thinking
- Strong project management skills & strong ability to meet deadlines
- Affinity with game products; knowledge of the toy market is a plus
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Willingness to travel (2/3 times)
