The role

We are looking for a Business Development Director - Travel & Tourism

At Catenon Travel & Tourism, we continue to grow globally. We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in sales and international business development in the Hospitality & Travel sector (hotels, airlines, agencies, tour operators, or traveltech).

The purpose of the role is to drive the international expansion of our specialized division, strengthening relationships with strategic clients and opening new collaboration opportunities in the world's leading travel markets.
No prior experience in human resources or executive search is required. At Catenon, we have a unique digital methodology based on technology and data, along with a global operations team that manages recruitment processes comprehensively.

Requirements
• More than 15 years of experience in the Hospitality & Travel sector
• Proven track record in commercial development and international account management
• Advanced level of English (other languages will be valued)
• Strategic mindset, results orientation, and passion for tourism
