About the role

From Catenon, we are collaborating with Contemporary Star Energy (CSE), a joint venture driven by Stellantis and CATL focused on the development and supply of advanced energy solutions, particularly in the field of batteries and electrification.

We are looking for an Incoming Quality Engineer to join their team and take ownership of incoming quality control processes, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

Lead the hiring, training, and daily management of the Internal Quality Control (IQC) team

Manage incoming quality processes, including inspection planning and execution

Ensure effective use of resources (people, equipment, materials, methods)

Track, manage, and follow up on incoming quality issues and incidents

Support continuous improvement and other quality-related activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields

3+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in Incoming Quality Control

At least 1 year of experience leading a team

Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Hands-on experience with problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, FTA)

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
