The role
Every finance team now knows agentic AI is coming. Most of the market is racing to put an agent on one side of the deal - the buyer's or the supplier's. We built the next stage: the network where both sides run agents that negotiate with each other.
Right now, no CFO is asking to buy this. Not because they don't have the problem, but because the category doesn't have a name yet.
That's the job.
We're looking for the person who will name it, argue for it, and make it feel inevitable - the writer and brand builder who turns agent-to-agent finance from a technical claim into the thing every finance leader in Europe has an opinion about. You'll be the first marketer here, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, from Madrid.
Built by the team behind multiple unicorns and companies like Taulia and Finoa, we've built and scaled companies from San Francisco to Berlin. We're backed by Creandum and an angel network of founders and operators from Qonto, SoFi, SAP, ING, and DeepMind. We've just launched our brand. The narrative is yours to build on top of it.
What you'll do
Name and win the category. The positioning, the narrative, the vocabulary the market ends up using. Write the manifesto, the point of view, the argument that makes agent-to-agent finance look obvious in hindsight. Everything else on this list is downstream of this one.
Write the things that move people. The launch essay, the keynote, the CFO one-pager, the email that actually gets a reply. You write them - first draft to final.
Own earned attention. Press, analysts, podcasts, the conversation on LinkedIn. We want to be covered because the story is worth covering, not because we paid for placement.
Make our founders unmissable. Maex, Philip, Henrik should be the two people the market quotes on autonomous finance. You build that: ghostwriting, prep, cadence, platform.
Guard the brand. Identity, voice, taste. You have opinions about typography and sentence rhythm, and you defend them.
Create moments. Launches, intimate CFO dinners, conference activations, whatever else earns disproportionate attention for a company that wants to be anything but ordinary.
Run the surfaces the story lives on. Website, content, social, email - hands-on, because a narrative isn't real until it ships. You'll also lay the first demand and ABM groundwork so category awareness converts into named finance accounts. Call it a quarter of the job - necessary, but not the point of it.
What we're looking for
You are an exceptional writer. Not a "strong communicator" - a writer. You can take a hard technical idea and make a CFO feel something about it in three sentences. We will ask for things you've written and we will read them closely.
You've taught a market something new. Category creation with receipts, not competitive displacement. Bring the narrative doc, the launch, or the campaign - and tell us what the market believed before, and after.
Taste, and the nerve to defend it. Visual and verbal judgment. You can tell good from nearly-good, and you'd rather ship something with a point of view than something safe.
Enterprise B2B instinct. You understand multi-stakeholder buying, long cycles, and how a finance org actually decides. You don't need to be taught what a procurement review is.
A builder who ships. The landing page is live by Friday. You don't write a brief and wait for an agency.
AI-native by default. You run a roster of tools and agents to multiply your own craft - research, drafts, production - not to outsource the thinking.
Direct, low-ego, high-ownership. You challenge ideas constructively and take a problem from definition to shipped outcome without being directed.
This is a wishlist, not a checklist. If the role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would encourage you to apply anyway.
