What we're looking for
- An organized and methodical person who manages projects independently.
- A good communicator, proactive, and easy to deal with in order to provide support to the entire staff on hardware and software issues.
- At Citibox we like geeks, as we are all a bit of them, so this point will not be a problem, quite the opposite.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Internal Help Desk Management
- Resolution of incidents/doubts/technical support.
- Maintaining computer equipment and hardware inventory
- Maintaining software tools and inventory (SaaS)
- Configurations of Windows PCs, Apple, peripherals.
- Advanced
- System access management (Gsuite, Slack, Jira, backoffice)
- Tool configuration
- gcloud infrastructure maintenance
- Checking system invoices
- Handling GDPR cases.
- Completed IT module or similar
- Knowledge of hardware and operating systems: PCs, Macs, Linux...
- Passionate about technology
- Oriented towards the internal customer
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure- GCP
- Knowledge of Gsuite
- Experience in IT support

The role
Citibox is actively searching for an eminently technical profile but, above all, a technology lover who is passionate about researching, testing, and looking for new software and hardware. We are looking for a person who spends their nights researching any new gadget or SaaS that appears on the market for pleasure. Someone who is the technical savior who helps the entire staff solve their small hardware and software problems.
How you'll work
- On-site work at the Madrid offices with the possibility of remote days.
- Although our HQ is in Madrid, you can work from almost anywhere in the world, as long as there is a good connection to join meetings.
