7+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven environments, ideally involving data products.
Experience in Life Sciences, with strong domain expertise to effectively translate industry needs into high-value AI solutions.
5+ years of experience building AI/ML or GenAI-driven products, with hands-on experience in LLMs and delivering enterprise-grade AI features.
It would be great if you also have...
The ideal candidate will have experience in the life sciences sector with familiarity across R&D, MedTech, and Commercial functions, complemented by an understanding of AI-driven innovation within the industry.
Master's in business administration (MBA) or Product Management certification.
Courses or certifications in AI, ML, or GenAI tools.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
An understanding of agentic workflows and prompt engineering processes.
Some familiarity with core engineering or infrastructure concepts.
What will you be doing in this role?
Define and drive the AI strategy and innovation roadmap across the Life Sciences & Healthcare portfolio.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
Translate business challenges into AI opportunities, defining clear product requirements, success criteria, and measurable impact.
Enable faster transition from validated ideas to production by working closely with delivery teams and promoting reusable service patterns.
Drive consistency and quality in how AI capabilities are designed, standardized (e.g., MCP patterns), and exposed to customers.
Oversee the evolution of the Clarivate AI Platform and LLM Playground, ensuring alignment with business needs and supporting experimentation.
