Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience supporting product launches or commercialization programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry.
- 3+ years of project management experience, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Experience developing customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience in neurotechnology, neuromodulation, medical devices, or capital equipment.
- Experience working with distributors, logistics providers, or 3PL partners.
- Knowledge of FDA and/or CE-regulated environments.
- Experience supporting post-market and product lifecycle activities.
- Spanish language skills.
The role
Lead the commercialization of IN100x by ensuring launch readiness, successful customer adoption, and continued product success. Working across Commercial, Operations, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality, you'll turn strategy into execution and help bring breakthrough neurotechnology to patients.
What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate launch readiness activities for IN100x.
- Support deployment planning, site onboarding, inventory forecasting, and distribution activities.
- Track key milestones and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, digital content, and product communications.
- Support scientific congresses, customer events, and training programs.
- Ensure all product messaging aligns with approved claims and value propositions.
- Support customer onboarding, complaint handling, product returns, and escalation processes.
- Coordinate approved product updates, labeling changes, and sustainment activities.
- Identify and proactively address risks impacting customer experience or product availability.
- Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, site activation, and operational performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement.
