What we're looking for

University degree in Social Work and/or Psychology.
At least one year of experience in similar positions is valued.

The role

What you'll do

Coordinate and direct the team of area coordinators.
Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare technical reports detailing the development of a specific service, as well as its assessment, whenever required by the City Council.
Resolve conflicts and manage incidents that may arise during service provision.
Carry out home visits deemed necessary in cases of serious situations or incidents in the service.
Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
Manage billing and prepare reports.
