What you'll do

  • Coordinate and direct the team of area coordinators.
  • Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare technical reports detailing the development of a specific service, as well as its assessment, whenever required by the City Council.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage incidents that may arise during service provision.
  • Carry out home visits deemed necessary in cases of serious situations or incidents in the service.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage billing and prepare reports.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Social Work and/or Psychology.
  • At least one year of experience in similar positions is valued.
  • Intermediate level of office software skills.
  • Driving license.
  • Valuable knowledge and/or training in occupational risk prevention (ORP), quality, and the environment.
