The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the department manager, the role involves organizing, distributing, and supervising team activities to ensure proper functioning.
Resolving incidents.
Preparing reports on the status of the center upon request.
Train the staff under their supervision.
Generating activity reports.
Managing staff attendance sheets, sick leave reports, and return-to-work confirmations, forwarding them to the relevant department for processing.
Implement occupational risk prevention, quality, environment, and personnel management procedures at the assigned work centers.
Commit to compliance with and dissemination of our Code of Ethics and its "Compliance" system, especially in the areas of criminal law, anti-bribery, and competition defense.

What are we looking for?

Intermediate or higher vocational training cycle related to the maintenance area.
Experience in similar positions.
Training related to the use of the center's tools and/or machinery is valued.
Intermediate level of office software.
Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work (PRL) regulations.
Knowledge and/or training in occupational risk prevention, quality, and environment valued.
Valid B driving license
