What you'll get
Real impact: you'll work on real bookings, real money, real customers
Business exposure: strong understanding of how a marketplace actually runs
International team: daily interactions across countries and cultures
Dynamic scale-up environment: you will be able to join a fast-growing company, with high ambitions and ready to become the number one boat rental platform worldwide.
Superb work atmosphere: you'll be able to work in a modern coworking based in Poblenou, with big rooftop with view over the Sagrada Familia, and a 20-minutes walk to the beach.
Extra Perks: training opportunities, lunch vouchers, gym memberships, team events, and more.
The role
This role will give you a strong connection to the real business: bookings, payments, owners, customers.
You will join the FinOps team, which sits at the crossroads of Operations, Payments and Customer Experience.
Your job is not accounting, not FP&A, not payroll, it's making sure money flows correctly, on time, and without friction.
You will work daily with our operational teams:

Sales (tenants & bookings)
Customer Care (after-sales, incidents, changes)

Supervise daily payment flows handled by interns
Resolve complex or high-impact cases that don't fit standard procedures
Validate large payment batches and exceptional transfers
👉 This is a role for someone who likes numbers + problem-solving, not repetitive accounting.

Prepare simple, meaningful KPIs (cash flows, disputes, cancellations...)
Own monthly reconciliations
Contribute to monthly closing tasks related to tenants & owners balances
Identify friction points in payment or reconciliation processes
Help automate and simplify manual workflows
Document processes and update internal knowledge base
Mindset matters more than background
We're looking for someone who is:
Dynamic & proactive
Curious and open-minded
Comfortable communicating
Naturally problem-oriented
Happy to start very operational and grow over time
