Get to know us

Started in 2016, Frekuent is now the all-in-one payment and loyalty platform for unattended environments - 500+ clients, 100M+ transactions a year, 2.5M+ users across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Singapore. We turn one-time buyers into lifetime clients with cashless, contactless, effortless payments: less friction, more reasons to come back.

2026 has been our biggest year yet - we've hyperscaled from 40 to 100+ people, with more hires on the way, and closed a €6M funding round to fuel what's next.

And we're just getting started - our goal is to become the default payment and loyalty layer behind every unattended transaction, everywhere.

Why this role exists

As our SMB sales & account management team keeps growing, the back office needs someone dedicated to keeping it running - onboarding, CRM, documentation, tickets, and the day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams - so the Team Lead and front-line reps can stay focused on selling and managing accounts.

This is a first-role-in-sales kind of seat. You don't need to have done this before: you'll ramp up with close guidance from your Team Lead, learn how sales, operations and payments fit together from the inside, and build the foundations for a career in sales ops.

What you'll actually do

  • Support customer onboarding and activation - preparing contracts, documentation and data collection alongside your Team Lead

  • Coordinate installations and follow-ups so new clients go live smoothly

  • Keep CRM data clean, consistent and up to date across the pipeline

  • Help Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day account requests

  • Log and track incidents, escalate to the right team, and keep clients updated as issues get resolved

  • Support billing adjustments and subscription changes under supervision

  • Keep dashboards and reports current so the team always has visibility

  • Help maintain playbooks, templates and internal documentation, flagging bottlenecks or recurring issues as you spot them

What you bring

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales ops, support, admin or a similar role - internships count, and we're just as interested in the right mindset as the résumé

  • Organized and structured, with a natural instinct for process rather than just tasks

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets; no prior CRM experience required, but you pick up new tools fast

  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving streak

  • Clear communicator, comfortable flagging issues or ideas to your Team Lead rather than sitting on them

  • Fluent in Spanish or English, with at least an intermediate level in the other (written and spoken)

  • Takes ownership of what's assigned to you and follows it through to the end

Bonus points if you...

  • Have some hands-on exposure to a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)

  • Have supported a sales or account management team before, even as an internship

  • Are comfortable using AI tools to speed up repetitive admin work

  • Have brushed up against sales funnels involving KYC, installations or product customization

How we work

  • Fast, autonomous, low-bureaucracy.

  • We measure output, not hours in a chair.

  • Resilience means iterating until it works - not giving up early.
