Building Maintenance Engineer

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: - Management and supervision of preventive, predictive, corrective, conductive, and multi-technical building maintenance. - Monitoring the technical-legal compliance of the facilities. - Preparation and monitoring of maintenance reports for the client. - Control and updating of the contract's technical documentation. - Proposal and development of technical improvements based on efficiency and cost optimization criteria. - Procurement management and material control. - Use and monitoring of CMMS tools and energy control. - Coordination of the maintenance team (technicians and foremen). - Shift organization and annual planning. - Technical support and team training. - Resolution of internal incidents and operational conflicts. - Direct and recurring communication with the client. - Economic monitoring of the contract and control of key indicators. - Participation in monitoring and reporting meetings. - Identification of improvement opportunities and possible scope expansions. - Coordination with internal departments (purchasing, support, etc.) through corporate tools. - Ensuring compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. - Monitoring of quality indicators and environmental indicators linked to the contract.

• You are the person we are looking for if: -You have at least 4 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Engineer or in similar roles. -You have experience in team management. -You have a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Building, or similar). -You have previous experience in facilities companies (electrical, HVAC, and water). -You have availability to travel weekly to different centers within Catalonia. -Experience working with CMMS tools. -A problem-solving profile, with an orientation toward continuous improvement. -Languages: advanced level of Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written.
