-Permanent contract

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Entry time from 8:00 to 8:30 AM and exit time from 5:15 to 5:45 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. July and August from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The role

COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carrying out comprehensive maintenance and specific works on buildings, infrastructures and industries.

We are looking for a Technical Studies Technician for Maintenance Tenders

Within the Technical Office department, you will be responsible for studying and preparing the necessary documentation to submit tenders, in accordance with the guidelines of the Public or Private Entity issuing the tender, in order to secure the contract award.

Reporting to the Technical Office Manager, your duties will include:

- Study and analysis of tender specifications.

- Drafting of Bids, reports, and budgets.

- Small studies and thermal projects (electricity and climate).

- Client visits for work assessment.

Requirements

- Degree in Industrial Engineering

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Office and studying Maintenance Tenders.
