Tendering and Bidding Technician

FOVASA Mantenimiento y Limpieza, a leading Facility Services company integrated into NEALIS, is looking to hire two professionals for its Studies and Tenders departments: one vacancy in Coslada (Madrid) and another in Picanya (Valencia). What will your mission be? Your main objective will be to participate in the process of preparing bids for cleaning contracts, both for Public Administration and for large private clients.

Tender Specifications Study: Exhaustive analysis of administrative and technical requirements. Field Work: Carrying out technical site visits to dimension the service. Economic Study: Cost calculation and determination of a competitive service price. Project Development: Drafting high-quality technical reports in collaboration with Management. What are we looking for in you? University degree related to the position. Minimum of 1 year of experience in studies or tenders departments within the service sector. Knowledge of procurement regulations and experience in preparing budgets. Valued requirements: Previous experience in tenders linked to large hospitals and healthcare environments. Previous experience in tenders for food processing plants and services subject to specific food hygiene regulations. Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar, applied to document analysis, bid preparation, and the drafting of technical reports. What does FOVASA offer?
