About the role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Head of Studies, your main duties as a Studies Technician will be:

  • Reviewing the project for the works to be tendered, analyzing the tender specifications, and distributing the different documentation to be processed (Quality, Prevention, Environment, Administration, etc.).
  • Contacting contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes.
  • Preparing the project budget.
  • Preparing the necessary technical documentation (construction drawings and reports) for the tender, as well as coordinating with the Technical, Quality, Prevention, and Environment staff and the Administrative staff of Studies to prepare the rest of the documentation to be submitted.
  • Preparing the final bid sheet for submission to the Head of Studies.
  • Visiting the sites where the works are planned, in order to gather information not included in the project.
  • Gathering information about the works to be bid on by visiting Technical Staff of Public Administrations.
