Tender Specialist (Green Infrastructure)

Reporting to the Head of Studies, your main duties as a Studies Technician will be:

• Reviewing the project for the works to be tendered, analyzing the tender specifications, and distributing the different documentation to be processed (Quality, Prevention, Environment, Administration, etc.).
• Contacting contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes.
• Preparing the project budget.
• Preparing the necessary technical documentation (construction drawings and reports) for the tender, as well as coordinating with the Technical, Quality, Prevention, and Environment staff and the Administrative staff of Studies to prepare the rest of the documentation to be submitted.
• Preparing the final bid sheet for submission to the Head of Studies.
• Visiting the sites where the works are planned, in order to gather information not included in the project.
• Gathering information about the works to be bid on by visiting Technical Staff of Public Administrations.

• Proficiency in the Office suite
• It is a plus if you have worked with Presto or TCQ
• Prior experience in public works tenders in Catalonia is essential
• The interview will be conducted in Catalan because it will be the language you use on a daily basis, both orally and in writing

Reportando al Jefe de Estudios, tus principales funciones como Técnico/a de Estudios serán:

• Estudiar el proyecto de la obra a licitar, analizando el pliego de condiciones y distribuyendo la diferente documentación a tramitar (Calidad, Prevención, Medio Ambiente, Administración, etc.).
• Contactar con industriales y proveedores para conseguir ofertas.
• Confeccionar el presupuesto del proyecto.
• Elaborar la documentación técnica necesaria (planos de obra y memorias) para la licitación, así como coordinar con el personal Técnico, calidad, prevención y medio ambiente y Administrativo/as de Estudios para la preparación del resto de la documentación a presentar.
• Confeccionar la hoja de cierre, para su presentación al/la Jefe/a de Estudios.
• Visitar los terrenos donde está prevista la obra, con la finalidad de recabar información que no está plasmada en el proyecto.
• Recabar información sobre la obra a ofertar, mediante visitas a Personal Técnico de las Administraciones Públicas.

• Dominio del paquete Office
• Es un plus si has trabajado con Presto o TCQ
• Es indispensable tener expereincia previa en licitaciones de obra pública en Cataluña
• La entrevista se realizará en catalan porque será el idioma que usarás en tu día a día tanto oral como escrito
