We want to add a Facility Manager Technician to the team, to work in the offices of one of our clients located in Madrid.

What you'll do

- Control and organize the operation of the assigned clients' facilities, as well as manage corrective actions and investments.

- Interlocution with the client and other commercial tasks in order to ensure the correct progress of the assigned works and handle possible difficulties that may arise. As well as analyzing and detecting new needs and making improvement proposals to facilitate contracting and improve the bottom line.

- Prepare annual budgets for the operation of the client's buildings and plan medium and long-term investments.

- Manage and verify technical and monitoring reports in order to ensure the correct monitoring of each service and meet the set objectives.

- Negotiate the main contracts with subcontractors in order to optimize the projected cost of the works and thus improve the profitability of the assigned clients' contracts.

- Control the documentation relating to the managed contracts, as well as internal documentation (cost sheet, work opening, billing monitoring, etc.).
