We want to add a DEPARTMENT HEAD to the team for the INDUSTRIAL PURCHASING department

What you'll do

· Analyze the supplier market and the different product families to define procurement strategies and establish framework agreements and strategic alliances.

· Organize purchasing management by categories, developing specific plans and strategies for each product family.

· Collaborate with the Studies area in the evaluation of offers and analysis of risks associated with materials and supplies.

· Supervise compliance with cost, quality, deadline, and service objectives.

· Prepare, control, and monitor the department budget.

· Lead, coordinate, and develop the Purchasing team, ensuring the achievement of objectives and the professional growth of its members.

· Participate in cross-functional projects and provide technical support in those initiatives where their intervention is required.
