What you'll do
- Preventive maintenance of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and general equipment.
- Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of faults with minimal impact on healthcare services.
- Document management and CMMS: recording of work orders, incidents, and audits.

We want to add two Second-class Multipurpose Tradespeople to the team for the maintenance of the facilities of one of our clients, located in Sant Joan Despí.
Requirements
-Previous experience in carrying out comprehensive maintenance in public-access buildings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, etc.).
-Minimum experience of 2–3 years in comprehensive building maintenance. Training in electricity, HVAC, thermal installations or related fields
