We are looking for people to work at the Condis corporate headquarters in Montcada i Reixac!

Currently, within our HUMAN RESOURCES division, we are looking to incorporate a PERSONNEL SELECTION TECHNICIAN.

YOUR MISSION!

You will join the Recruiting team, specialized in the sales and logistics area, where you will be responsible for leading the onboarding of new talent into the company through attraction, selection, and development, ensuring an excellent candidate experience at all times and making it possible for our stores and warehouses to have the best teams to successfully achieve their goals.

YOUR CHALLENGES!

• Lead the assigned selection processes independently from start to finish, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and onboarding of the best talent into our company.
• Identify talent objectively, from sourcing and assessing candidates to selecting them based on competencies through assessment dynamics.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire selection process, with close and fluid communication with final candidates until their onboarding into the company.
• You will be responsible for preparing the appropriate reporting for each selection process through our ATS to extract the main KPIs.
• You will have continuous feedback with the Sales Manager and/or Supervisors to discuss the status of selection processes and work hand in hand on business needs.
• You will support the Employer Branding strategy and other projects within the area.

IT'S YOU IF...

• You are a University Graduate and want to steer your career in the field of HR.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment departments (preferably in the retail sector and in high-turnover environments).
• You have knowledge of selection by competencies, assessment centers, and advanced knowledge of Office 365.
• You have previously worked with ATS and recruitment portals (SAP Successfactors, Bizneo, Infojobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, or others).
• It is highly valued to have previously worked in stores, supermarkets, hospitality, or similar (business knowledge).
• You have a positive attitude, communication and teamwork skills, a strong customer/business orientation, and organizational and planning skills.
• You have a driving license, own vehicle, and are available to travel to the workplace located in Montcada i Reixac.
• Essential: bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish.

• Identificar el talent de manera objectiva, des de la captació i avaluació de candidatures fins a la selecció per competències mitjançant dinàmiques d'assessment.
• Oferir una experiència de candidat/a excel·lent durant tot el procés de selecció, amb una comunicació propera i fluida amb les persones finalistes fins a la seva incorporació a la companyia.
• T'encarregaràs de realitzar el reporting adequat de cada procés de selecció a través del nostre ATS per extreure els principals KPI's.
• Tindràs un feedback continu amb el/la Cap de Vendes i/o Supervisors/es per comentar l'estat dels processos de selecció i poder anar de la mà en les necessitats del negoci.
• Donaràs suport en l'estratègia d'Employer Branding i altres projectes dins de l'àrea.

ETS TU SI...

• Ets Graduat/da Universitari/a i vols orientar la teva carrera en l'àmbit dels RRHH.
• Aportes experiència com a mínim d'un any a departaments de selecció (preferiblement del sector retail i en entorns d'alta rotació).
• Aportes coneixements de selecció per competències, assessment centers, i coneixements avançats d'Office 365.
• Has treballat prèviament amb ATS i portals de reclutament (SAP Successfactors, Bizneo, Infojobs, LinkedIn, Indeed o altres).
• Molt valorable haver treballat prèviament a botigues, supermercats, hostaleria o semblants (coneixement de negoci).
• Tens actitud positiva, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip, alta orientació al client intern/negoci, capacitat organitzativa i de planificació.
• Disposes de permís de conduir, vehicle propi i disponibilitat de desplaçament al centre de treball ubicat a Montcada i Reixac.
• Imprescindible nivell bilingüe de català i castellà.
