About the role

We are looking for a professional for the Human Resources Department in the Retail sector, located in Valencia. The position will focus on managing and developing the company's human resources policies.

Talent Acquisition and Attraction

  • Manage complete selection processes for operational, technical, and supervisory and management positions at the plant.
  • Coordinate hiring needs with area managers and management (approval of unbudgeted new positions).

  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies, consultancies, and other recruitment sources.
  • Participate in interviews and support hiring decisions in line with corporate recruitment policies.



Onboarding and Integration

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees at any level of the organization.
  • Manage communication with the departments involved (IT, H&S, Quality, Production, etc.).
  • Ensure proper delivery of documentation, initial training, and necessary access.
  • Follow up on integration during the first months using corporate tools and processes (100 days).



Personnel Administration and Labor Relations (under their responsibility)

  • Manage personnel movements, contracts, extensions, schedule changes, assignments, and financial dimension changes, as well as other labor incidents.
  • Manage and oversee the payroll process, ensuring proper communication of incidents, review of calculations, application of collective bargaining agreements, and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding labor consultations and internal policy.
  • Coordinate and support disciplinary processes, terminations, and associated document management.
  • Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and corporate procedures.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs together with area managers and develop the training plan.

  • Participate in the development, review, and updating of job descriptions.
  • Collaborate in job evaluation and organizational classification processes.
  • Participate in succession planning projects, talent maps, and talent talks.
  • Coordinate promotions, role changes, and internal communications on these topics within the company.

What you'll get
