Facility Manager - Multi-contract Management (Baleares / Palma de Mallorca)

Do you have experience leading integral maintenance contracts, managing decentralized teams, and maintaining direct relationships with large clients? At Confiarte, we are looking for a Facility Manager to join directly a large multinational company leading in services and infrastructure management, positioned as a benchmark in the sector.

The position will be located in Palma de Mallorca, coordinating operations and technical/economic management at a regional level in the Balearic Islands.

You will be the person responsible for the integral management of a multi-contract portfolio of top-tier clients in the Balearic Islands, guaranteeing operational excellence, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction, managing an approximate economic volume of 1.3 M€.

What you'll do

Technical and client management: Direct interlocution with client managers for follow-up, quality control, and loyalty.
Team leadership: Coordination and development of a direct team composed of 2 administration staff, 1 Business Technician, 4 Team Leaders distributed across the islands, and 15 Maintenance Skilled Tradespeople on route.
Economic and budgetary management: Control of the P&L of the contracts under your charge, cost optimization, and monitoring of deviations.
Operational planning: Supervision of technical activity, guaranteeing the correct assignment of incidents and daily routes through mobility tools.
Reporting: Preparation of KPIs, follow-up reports, and continuous coordination with management.
Labor relations: Constant coordination and dialogue with the Legal Representation of Workers (RLT).
