Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the trips marketed by the tour operator, ensuring the correct contracting, booking, confirmation, and provision of tourism services. You will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the service offered, the satisfaction of collaborating agencies and end customers, as well as the profitability and correct execution of assigned files, ensuring compliance with the operational standards established by the company.

We are looking for a TO Operations Technician for managing customer bookings prior to the trip and at the destination.

The main functions to be developed will be:

- End customer / agency customer service and contact with suppliers.

- Intermediation with hotel chains, airlines, and other suppliers that typically compose Tour Operation packages.

- Management and processing of booked service reservations, whether by confirmation of services or services that have not yet been confirmed.

- 24/7 emergency department service to provide support to customers/agencies with incidents at the destination, pre-trip, regarding any vacation package booked, including both dynamic packages as well as large trips and traditional tour operation.

- Pre- and post-sale management of bookings.

Customer service and ease in telephone communication.

• Process and manage reservations for accommodation, transport, excursions, and other tourism services.
• Enter, modify, and update files in corporate booking systems.
• Verify availability, allotments, sales closures, and contracting conditions.
• Confirm services with national and international suppliers.
• Coordinate all services included in the trip before departure.
• Review documentation, vouchers, passenger lists, and contracted services.
• Guarantee that operations develop according to the established schedule.
• Perform follow-up on files from confirmation until the customer's return.
• Advise retail agencies on availability, product, and commercial conditions.
• Resolve inquiries regarding bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Act as a liaison between the agency, the supplier, and the company's internal areas.
• Resolve incidents before, during, and after the trip.
• Coordinate solutions for cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, or problems with suppliers.
• Escalate critical situations when necessary to minimize the impact on the customer.
• Work jointly with the Product, Contracting, Commercial, Transport, and Administration teams.
• Guarantee fluid communication between the different areas involved in the execution of the trip.
• Collaborate in the implementation of operational changes and process improvements.
• Supervise costs and margins of the managed files.
• Review supplier invoices and administrative documentation.
• Support the settlement and closing of trips.
• Analyze economic and operational deviations.
• Check the correct provision of contracted services.
• Collect feedback from customers and agencies.
• Detect opportunities for improvement in procedures and tools.
• Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
