Occupational Health and Safety Technician

• Education: University Degree (Science, Technical Engineering, or similar) + Official Master's in OHS.
• Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of solid career in OHS within the industrial sector, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Languages: English level B2.
• Availability to travel: Ability to travel to Madrid occasionally (1 or 2 times per month).
• Key skills: Great communication and influence skills, critical and analytical vision, customer/people orientation, and a high collaborative spirit.

Salary: €28,000 - €34,000 Gross/Year + 10% Variable

Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Technician - Zamudio

Your challenge: What does the position consist of?

Working side by side with the OHS Management/Managers, you will be the reference figure regarding prevention for the workplaces under your responsibility in Zamudio and the surrounding area, making occasional trips to Madrid (1-2 times per month):

• Field prevention: You will design and update risk assessments, performing hygienic and ergonomic measurements and key technical reports.
• Close advisory: You will accompany and provide daily support to the center teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of the OHS Management System.
• Analysis and investigation: You will investigate serious incidents or accidents to implement effective solutions that protect the team.
• Audits: You will lead and participate in both internal and external OHS audits.
• Training and culture: You will deliver prevention training to raise awareness and safety culture.
• Document management: You will guarantee compliance with technical regulations and system standards.

Location: Zamudio (with occasional travel to Madrid, 1 or 2 times per month)
