At ConfiARTE, a consultancy specializing in talent selection, we are looking for a Site Manager to join a major construction company and lead a port works project in Palma de Mallorca.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to take on responsibilities in a project of special technical interest and subsequently continue their professional development in new projects on the Peninsula.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of port works, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Organize the human, technical, and material resources necessary for the development of the project.
Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other involved agents.
Perform the economic monitoring of the works, controlling costs, measurements, and possible deviations.
Supervise compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and quality procedures.
Resolve any incidents that may arise during execution and propose technical solutions.
Maintain fluid communication with the technical management, the owner, and the rest of the project stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Site Manager in construction projects, with special value placed on experience in civil engineering, maritime, or port works.
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work teams.
Experience in the control of costs, deadlines, quality, and execution.
A decisive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
Availability to work in Palma de Mallorca during the initial duration of the project.
Interest in subsequently continuing with new company projects on the Peninsula.
