About the role

From ConfiARTE, we are selecting a Product Support Manager to join the head office of a solid company located in Alicante. We are looking for a highly operational and resourceful administrative profile, with proven experience in managing and tracking orders, replenishments, stock, and incidents.

Your main mission will be to ensure that every operation is correctly recorded, reviewed, and closed, maintaining constant coordination with Purchasing, Stores, Warehouse, and suppliers.

  • Creation, coding, and thorough tracking of purchase and replenishment orders.
  • Sending orders to suppliers and reviewing confirmations, references, quantities, dates, and conditions.
  • Management and resolution of incidents related to orders, merchandise, receipts, suppliers, stores, and warehouse.
  • Review of stock differences, adjustments, additions, removals, internal movements, and work orders (ODT).
  • Tracking orders until full receipt of merchandise, including the preparation of labels and frontis when applicable.

Profile we are looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles related to purchasing, procurement, logistics, orders, or stock control.
