What we're looking for

- Appropriate training to carry out the duties of the position

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Coordinator - Assistant in bazaar departments of a Hypermarket, in specialized distribution in a furniture, sleep products, or similar store.

- Person with a clear customer orientation, results-driven, and with a marked leadership style.

- Strong work capacity, coherence between words and actions, exemplary, with a genuine desire to prove their worth and to grow professionally.

- Must be available to work full-time from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays/holidays as authorized in the autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest day established in the large retail stores collective agreement.

The role

Depending on the department management, we are looking for a colleague for the position of ASSISTANT SALES for our RIVAS STORE

What you'll do

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

- Implement the company's commercial policy.

- Optimizing merchandising and commercial activity.

- Monitor and control stock levels in the stores, in order to achieve the sales targets set by the company.

- Achieve the store's budgets and stability objectives.

- Lead, motivate, train, and inform the sales team on selling techniques.

- Ensure the best customer service.
