What we're looking for
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Coordinator or Assistant in the bazaar department of a "Hypermarket" or in a distributor specializing in home goods, such as furniture or bedding products. We value a clear customer orientation, skills for achieving results, and a prominent leadership style.
We are looking for a professional with a great capacity for work, coherence between speech and actions, exemplary performance, and a strong desire to demonstrate their worth, as well as to advance in their professional development.
It is indispensable to have availability to work full-time, from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays/holidays authorized in the corresponding autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest established in the large-scale retail collective agreement.

What are we looking for?
Reporting to the department manager, we are looking for a colleague for the position of ASSISTANT MANAGER for our STORE in A CORUÑA
Among your main duties, the following stand out:
- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, with the goal of meeting their expectations.
- Implement the company's commercial policy.
- Optimizing merchandising and commercial activity.
- Monitor and control stock levels in the stores, in order to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Achieve the store's budgets and profitability objectives.
- Lead, motivate, train, and inform the sales team on selling techniques.
- Ensure the best customer service.
