What we're looking for

Training appropriate to the functions of the position.

We will value previous experience in retail or in the large-scale distribution sector.

Good appearance, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, negotiation, and organization.

Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, from Monday to Sunday, respecting the rest periods established in the department store collective agreement is essential.

What you'll do

The duties you will carry out with us are:

- Customer service and information.

- Handling payments from customers at the checkout.

- Managing sales and returns

- Resolving incidents.

- General store support
