Requirements

What we're looking for

Person with appropriate training in Decoration, Design, Visual Merchandising, or Window Dressing, with a clear customer orientation and problem-solving skills. Someone who is kind, empathetic, and positive.
1 year of experience in a similar position in merchandising and specialized distribution in home equipment.
Intermediate level knowledge of the Office suite.
We are looking for a person for a full-time 40-hour position on a split shift.
Availability to work Monday to Saturday and Sundays/holidays as established by the autonomous community is essential, respecting the weekly rest days established in the collective agreement for large-scale retailers.

The role

Currently, and for our store IN SABADELL (Barcelona), we need to fill a position of DECORATOR - VISUAL MERCHANDISING - SALESPERSON, on a FULL-TIME basis.

Depending on the Sales Manager and being part of the store's Sales team, they will be responsible for:

What you'll do

Optimizing sales by ensuring the correct implementation of products in the store.
Guiding customers through the product implementation to encourage browsing and complementary sales.
Decorating all product displays in a balanced and attractive manner according to the positioning of each family.
Decorating the store for events and campaigns - Placing and updating signage for each promotional brochure, directional sign, and customer aid (directional signs, price tags,...).
Densifying sales areas to obtain a higher sales figure per square meter.
Sales of the different store products and customer service.
