Requirements

What we're looking for

A person with proper training, a clear customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude. Someone who is friendly, empathetic, and positive.

Good presentation and diction, customer service, dynamism, tenacity, and organizational skills.

Availability to work on weekends and holidays established by each Community is essential.

Nice to have

We will value previous experience in retail or in the large-scale distribution sector.

The role

Currently, for our store in Rivas (Madrid), we are looking for a colleague for the position of furniture salesperson at 30h/week on weekends and opening holidays.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

Incident resolution.

- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.

- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.

- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.

- Achieving the budgeted sales targets.

- Providing general support to the store.
