Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Language Skills: Fully proficient English and Spanish are required; Italian is a plus.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of professional experience, preferably with some exposure to brand strategy, digital communications, or related roles, with a focus on the energy transition or relevant sectors.
• Specialistic skills: Proven track record executing brand activations, including events and sponsorships, with an understanding of brand application, sponsorship governance and event production processes. Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and stakeholder coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop tone of voice principles, craft narratives for diverse audiences and produce content aligned with the brand.
• IT Skills: Strong analytical discipline in social media monitoring, campaign performance reporting, KPI tracking, positioning analysis and results presentation. Familiarity with generative AI and its impact on the external communications mix is a plus, including awareness of GEO, AI-assisted content workflows, social listening and communications monitoring tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving change in digital communications.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, agile, globally distributed communications team.

As Brand, Digital and Content Strategy Specialist you will join our Global Communication Team! In this role, you will report to the Head of Brand, Digital and Content Strategy and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the broader Global Communications function, including Media Relations, Change & Internal Communications and Regional Communications Leaders. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the rollout of ContourGlobal's recently refreshed brand, ensuring consistent application of the brand identity, visual system and tone of voice across markets, functions and communications products.
• Contribute to the development and governance of brand identity guidelines, brand assets, templates and practical tools that enable consistent implementation across the organization.
• Help design and implement a digital and content strategy covering editorial planning, content production, social media management, monitoring and performance optimization.
• Oversee corporate website health, content updates and new content creation, including adaptation of the website for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and evolving search behaviors.
• Support the supervision of brand activations, including events and sponsorships, ensuring strong brand application, clear sponsorship governance, consistent approval processes and effective delivery of event concepts, materials and experiences.
• Collaborate in the development and management of editorial calendars, channel plans and content pipelines, ensuring that content products are aligned with corporate positioning, campaign priorities and the refreshed brand platform.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report KPIs for digital channels, content performance, campaigns, sponsorships and brand activations, translating insights into positioning and optimization recommendations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment within the communications team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and the impact of generative AI on the external communications mix, using these developments to drive innovation across digital, content and brand communications.

• Travel Requirements: Availability for occasional international travel for events, project visits, and executive communications activities.
