At CONVOTIS Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and development of a Wi-Fi and cellular (4G/5G) network analysis application. You will connect complex radio frequency (RF) metrics with useful information for the end user, and deliver a product trusted by enterprise IT teams, network engineers, telecommunications operators, and field technicians worldwide.
Define and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Wi-Fi and cellular network analysis platform
Integrate site survey methodologies, active and passive testing, RF propagation modeling, and collaborative analytics into a single application
Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiators, and positioning against other solutions in the sector
Manage the complete product lifecycle: concept, discovery, user stories, and sprint planning, through to launch and iteration
Work with RF engineers, developers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists to convert telemetry (RSSI, SINR, RSRP, RSRQ, latency, packet loss, throughput) into clear visualizations and recommendations
Prioritize the backlog by balancing technical debt, innovation, customer requests, and scalability
Conduct customer research: visits and interviews with IT managers, network architects, and operator field engineers
Translate user workflows (site surveys, dead zone diagnostics, continuous passive monitoring, capacity planning) into agile software functionalities
Track product KPIs: usage, feature adoption, retention, and system reliability
Be the primary product evangelist, both internally and externally, and align engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, support materials, documentation, and launch messaging
