The role

At AVOS Tech, a company within the Prosegur Group, we are looking for a Product Manager (Technical Product Manager) to lead the technological evolution of our software solutions, combining strategic product vision, technical leadership, and the management of development teams.

We are looking for a senior profile with solid experience in software development and systems architecture, capable of connecting business needs with technical execution, defining the technological roadmap, and leading teams working with .NET Core, C#, React, and microservices architectures.

The position requires experience in the design and evolution of scalable platforms, prepared to manage large volumes of users and high-concurrency environments.

What you'll do

Define and manage the product's technological roadmap, prioritizing evolutions and new functionalities in collaboration with business areas and key stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding decisions on architecture, design, and technology selection to ensure robust and sustainable solutions.
Coordinate and develop the technical team, organizing tasks, distributing responsibilities, resolving blockers, and fostering software engineering best practices.
Design and evolve microservices-based architectures, using technologies such as .NET Core, C#, React, and TypeScript, ensuring their scalability and maintainability.
Guarantee the performance and high availability of platforms, anticipating bottlenecks and optimizing solutions for environments with high traffic volumes and concurrent users.
Act as an interlocutor between business and technology, transforming functional needs into technical specifications, user stories, and epics, while managing priorities, scopes, and expectations.
Supervise development quality standards, promoting best practices in coding, testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD), as well as work methodologies based on GitFlow.

Requirements

Consolidated experience as a Technical Product Manager, Tech Lead, Software Development Manager, or in similar positions that combine technical leadership, team management, and software product evolution.
Solid technical track record in application development, with advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Core, React, and TypeScript.
Demonstrable experience in microservices architectures, distributed systems design, and the definition of scalable technological solutions.
Experience in high-concurrency platforms and high user volumes, with knowledge of performance optimization, availability, and scalability.
Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including relational data modeling, query optimization, and database performance.
Experience managing the complete software lifecycle, from functional and technical definition to development, deployment, maintenance, and evolution.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, make technical decisions, and manage priorities in coordination with the business.
Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical interlocutors.
