What we're looking for

At CONVOTIS Iberia, we are launching a paid talent initiative focused on Spec-Driven Development (SDD), an emerging methodology that is transforming the way software is designed and built: specifications become the central artifact of development, and code is generated and maintained from them with the support of AI tools.

We are looking for a senior full stack profile with a solid foundation in API architecture and design, who is eager to train in this approach in order to later join a real project within the company.

Approximately 5 years of experience as a full stack developer
Experience working with software architecture and API design/development
Very high English level (C1)
Interest or curiosity regarding AI-assisted development methodologies (Spec-Driven Development, tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
