The role

At CONVOTIS Iberia we are looking for a Senior leader responsible for building and scaling a Graph, Ontology & Semantic practice within a Data capability. Combines deep technical credibility with business development skills to grow a team, define reusable assets and methodologies, and position the practice in the market. Works across industries and clients, from initial pursuit to delivery governance.

What you'll do

Define the strategic roadmap of the Graph & Semantic practice: methodologies, reference architectures, reusable accelerators and frameworks.
Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers specialized in graph modelling, ontology engineering, and semantic integration.
Drive business development: shape proposals, lead client workshops, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and build trusted relationships with Chief Data Officers and enterprise architects.
Ensure delivery quality across projects spanning knowledge graph construction, semantic data integration, MDM with ontological backbone, and AI-augmented data products.
Collaborate with AI, Cloud, and Industry practices to embed semantic capabilities into broader data and AI solutions.
Represent the practice in internal and external forums; contribute to thought leadership and PoCs.
