Paint and Body Specialist Sales Advisor, Cádiz

Currently, we are looking to incorporate into our team a Paint and Body Specialist Sales Advisor for the South Cádiz area, who wants to be part of our project and contribute to the growth of these business lines. The mission is to drive the commercial development of the Paint and Body lines in the area of operation, strengthening the relationship with our professional customers, identifying new business opportunities, and offering specialized advice.

As a Paint and Body Specialist Sales Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive the commercial and strategic development of the Paint and Body lines in the South Cádiz area.
• Manage, build loyalty with, and develop the customer portfolio, identifying their needs and growth opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and expand our commercial presence in the area.
• Perform the monitoring of commercial objectives and indicators (KPIs), participating in the preparation of Zone Plans.
• Analyze the market, identify trends, and monitor the movements of the competition.
• Offer specialized commercial advice, providing solutions adapted to each customer.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other areas to guarantee excellent service and a differentiating customer experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in commercial positions, operational management, or customer service and development.
• Availability to carry out commercial activity in the South Cádiz area.
• Proficiency in ERP tools, medium-high level of Excel and knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Technical knowledge in products and paint and body solutions will be especially valued.
