At Corporación Jiménez Maña, a family-owned group of companies primarily dedicated to the distribution of automotive spare parts, which has been operating for 90 years, we are in a period of full growth and are looking for new additions. This time, we are looking for a Microcomputing Technician for our Technology, Innovation and Systems Area.

The main mission of this position, as part of a Transversal Area that provides services to all companies in the group, is to provide support in the Hardware and computer equipment configuration part.

• Equipment imaging: installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, corporate software, and group policies according to the standard defined for each company.
• Hardware incident resolution: diagnosis and replacement of components, barcode readers, printers, monitors, keyboards, and peripherals.
• Ticket attention and resolution through GLPI: registration, classification, tracking, and closure in accordance with established SLAs.
• Inventory management: registration, decommissioning, and tracking of the IT park in GLPI, including equipment, licenses, and consumables.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and local printers.
• First-level support to end users in Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Remote support via TeamViewer or other remote access tools.
