Requirements
What we're looking for
Academic training:
- Higher Level Training Cycle in IT or Telecommunications.
- Management with Active Directory (creating, deleting, modifying, changing passwords)
- Experience with Office, for example, managing Outlook, configuring generic mailboxes, setting up nominal accounts, etc.
Valuable knowledge
- Ticketing tools
- Knowledge of SCCM
- Microsoft MCP Certification
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Salary: €9.61/hour (€1574/month)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, although the usual schedule will be the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Immediate incorporation, stable position with the possibility of joining the company's permanent staff.
The role
At Faster Empleo ett we are looking for a Computer Technician for a leading IT Solutions and Services company located in BARCELONA (Diagonal Mar area - Maresme Forum Metro).
What you'll do
- Resolving incidents and requests at the first level.
- Documenting in detail the actions carried out in the ticketing tool.
- Installing, configuring, and updating corporate applications.
- Managing permissions, access, and roles in corporate applications and SAP.
- Performing tasks of creating, modifying, and/or deactivating users and permissions.
- Escalating incidents to specialized resolution groups according to established procedures.
- Tracking and updating tickets, ensuring traceability and quality of service.
- Providing support and communicating with users through phone, remote, and written channels.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team for the continuous improvement of procedures and service operations.
