Costco is selecting a Manager for the Optical and Hearing Center of our Las Rozas store.

Among your main functions, you will find the following:

• Train, guide, and direct the human team under your responsibility, supervising their performance.

• Perform shift planning for the team according to business needs and review and approve their clock-ins.

• Review sales, budget, and department productivity, developing marketing plans to increase sales and meet department objectives.

• Implement and maintain safety, protection, and infection control procedures.

• Approve and send orders to the central purchasing department for equipment, products, and supplies, as well as for equipment maintenance and repair.

• Provide and ensure fast and cordial service to the member.

• Help in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
