Medical Center Manager

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in operational management or director positions in healthcare centers, insurance companies, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and its regulations.

• Supervise the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare regulations in all processes.
• Coordinate and develop the center's team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and patient orientation.
  Manage financial and operational sustainability, monitoring key indicators, resource optimization, and the center's profitability
• Act as a strategic link between the medical center and corporate support areas (Finance, IT, Compliance), facilitating local solutions in procurement, risk management, and operations.
• Collaborate with the medical director in the coordination of clinical activity, guaranteeing care quality and efficiency in the appointment schedule.

Technical skills:

• Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in operational management and data analysis tools.
