📢 We are looking for a PHONE MANAGER (M/F/X) WITH CROSS-SELLING 40H MADRID CENTER! 📢

Are you passionate about phone sales and achieving targets? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people with sales experience to join a commercial team specialized in selling personal loans and insurance for El Corte Inglés.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.

💰 Salary: 14 payments (2 extra payments): The first 6 months €1,160 base salary + €388 guaranteed commissions + generated commissions. After that, €1,160 base salary + generated commissions WITH NO CAP (average commissions of €600-€1,000). Plus one of the best incentive systems on the market (weekly, monthly, and campaigns per product sale).

📅 Schedule: 40 hours per week, split as Monday from 11:25 AM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A 1-hour lunch break is included from Monday to Thursday.

📍 Location: Argüelles Metro.

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis

The position is mainly focused on phone insurance sales, handling both inbound and outbound calls to El Corte Inglés customers. The main role will be to identify customer needs, advise them, and offer the most suitable insurance products, including life, accident, home, health, pet, death, vehicle, and other personal insurance. Cross-selling will be carried out with customers who already have a relationship with the company, as well as outbound calls to directly offer insurance products. It is important to have a clear commercial and results-oriented mindset, the ability to identify sales opportunities, present and argue the benefits of each product, resolve doubts, manage and overcome objections, and close the sale. Therefore, we are looking for profiles with experience in phone sales, communication and negotiation skills, and a strong customer and goal-oriented focus.
