FUNCTIONS Supervise the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and health regulations in all processes. Coordinate and develop the center's team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and patient orientation. Manage financial and operational sustainability, monitoring key indicators, resource optimization, and the center's profitability. Act as a strategic link between the medical center and corporate support areas (Finance, IT, Compliance), facilitating local solutions in procurement, risk management, and operations. Collaborate with the medical director in the coordination of clinical activity, guaranteeing care quality and efficiency in the appointment schedule. PROFILE Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Administration, or disciplines related to business management. Training in healthcare or medical management (desirable). Experience: Minimum 5 years in operational management or director positions in healthcare centers, insurance companies, or similar sectors. Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of the healthcare sector and its regulations. Technical knowledge: Intermediate English level (spoken and written). Proficiency in operational management and data analysis tools. Key competencies: Analytical capacity to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Adaptability and flexibility in the face of organizational and operational changes. Customer/patient orientation, prioritizing quality and safety. Orientation toward process simplification and continuous improvement.
