Requirements
What we're looking for
- Communicate and understand instructions fluently in Spanish. This will be especially important in your day-to-day work, as a large part of order picking is carried out via Voice Picking and you will need to correctly understand the instructions you receive by voice.
- Feel comfortable with physically active work. Preparation is carried out manually and involves continuous handling of goods throughout the working day. If you enjoy dynamic jobs in motion, you will adapt better to the daily life of the warehouse.
- Having experience with pallet jacks will be a good starting point. A forklift license is not essential. Having previously worked with manual or electric pallet jacks will help you manage more easily from the start.
- Be able to travel to the platform independently. Due to the location of some centers and the different working hours, public transport or pedestrian access may be limited. Therefore, it will be important that you can arrive by your own means, whether by car, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter, or another suitable alternative.
The role
Would you like to work in a warehouse and be part of Covirán's upcoming hiring campaigns? Leave us your application so we can get to know you and keep you in mind when opportunities arise at our logistics platforms in Spain.
What you'll do
- Your work will contribute to ensuring that orders are prepared correctly and that goods can continue their journey to our supermarkets. Every order you prepare is part of a chain that allows for the daily supply of our partners' stores.
- You will work mainly with food, in dry product areas and, depending on the position, you may also carry out your activity in positive or negative cold storage areas.
- You will prepare orders using Voice Picking systems, following the necessary voice instructions to correctly locate and prepare each product.
- You will build pallets manually, continuously handling goods and working with individual items that can weigh approximately 20-25 kg.
- You will use order picking equipment, such as order pickers and other types of electric pallet jacks, following the procedures established at each platform.
How you'll work
You will be able to access different positions and shifts depending on the needs of each center, mainly through temporary contracts.
What will you find working in our warehouses?
✅ Different opportunities throughout the year. Your application may be taken into account for upcoming campaigns and hiring needs at our logistics platforms.
✅ Different types of shifts. Needs vary according to each platform and campaign. A large part of the opportunities are concentrated in afternoon shifts, and specific positions for weekends may also arise.
✅ Experience in logistics and order picking. You will work in a wholesale food distribution environment, where you can develop experience in manual order picking and the handling of warehouse equipment.
✅ A dynamic and active work environment. If you like a job in motion and away from an office routine, you will find an activity closely linked to goods preparation and the daily operation of our platforms.
Hiring process
Leave us your application and tell us where you would like to work. When new hiring needs arise at our logistics platforms, we will be able to assess your profile for those opportunities that fit you.

About Coviran
Coviran is a Spanish food retail cooperative based in Granada, operating one of the largest networks of neighborhood supermarkets in Spain. With over 3,000 points of sale, primarily under the Coviran brand, the company focuses on proximity retail, offering fresh produce, groceries, and everyday essentials. It is a key player in the Spanish grocery sector, particularly in Andalusia and other regions, and is known for its cooperative model that supports local suppliers and small-format stores.
Coviran's operations in Spain are extensive, with distribution centers and logistics hubs across the country, including locations such as Atarfe, Toledo, Coslada, Vitoria, and others. The company's work culture emphasizes teamwork, operational efficiency, and local community engagement. For international professionals, Coviran offers opportunities primarily in warehouse and logistics roles, such as order preparation and forklift operation, which may be suitable for those seeking entry-level positions in the retail supply chain. While the company is deeply rooted in Spain, its cooperative structure and regional focus mean that roles are often localized, and Spanish language skills are typically essential for day-to-day operations.
