The role

We are looking to hire a person to reinforce the warehouse team at our Madrid Delegation, located in Torrejón de Ardoz.

The selected person will be in charge of the comprehensive management of the warehouse, including procurement, stock control and monitoring, performing inventories, logistical coordination, machinery management, and support for the sales team.

What you'll do

🔹 Warehouse Functions:

Procurement for the Delegation Warehouse: Weekly ordering from the logistics platform / Loading and unloading of trucks
Placement of merchandise on shelving
Management of stocks for the sales representatives' vans: Preparation of loads, and cross-checking them with the sales representatives.
Management of sales representatives' liquidations
Performing Inventories and Monthly Reporting. Analysis of Deviations.
Control and Classification of Catering Machinery according to its condition
Guaranteeing the correct state of warehouse facilities.
Guaranteeing product according to consumption date.
Monitoring of parcel services and management with agencies.
Preparing and Coordinating orders with Special Clients
