We are looking to add to our team a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects in the naval, offshore, and technology sectors, performing the following functions:

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and monitor projects in the naval and offshore sectors.
  • Manage project planning, deadlines, and resources.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth communication across all areas involved.
  • Act as the main point of contact with clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the progress of work and ensure compliance with established objectives.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure project success.
  • Carry out financial monitoring and prepare project status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings and strategic decision-making.
  • Support the identification of new opportunities and improvements within projects.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably Engineering.
  • Experience in project direction and management.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project planning and control (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools).
  • Ability to carry out financial monitoring, risk management, and change control.
  • Minimum English level of B2, with higher levels valued.
