Engineering Project Manager - Automotive Sector

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive project management.
• Experience in the design and/or development of plastic parts.
• Knowledge of plastic injection processes and molds.
• Experience in product validation (metrology, laboratory).
• Experience in team management and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of quality standards: FMEA, PPAP, IATF.
• Experience managing project budgets, deadlines, and risks.
• Leadership, communication, and synthesis skills.

• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar.

• English level high B2 (daily use with clients and suppliers).

We are looking to hire an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead technical project management in an automotive Tier 1 environment. The selected person will act as the main technical interlocutor with the client, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and project objectives during the design and industrialization phases.

• Act as the main technical point of contact with the client.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, tooling, validation, quality).
• Guarantee the monitoring of deadlines during the design phase.
• Coordinate development activities: design, moldflow, CAE, and specification definition.
• Define and monitor the action plan during the industrialization phase.
• Direct capacity planning activities with the client.
• Analyze and ensure the convergence of the product and the tooling.
• Manage the project's technical documentation.
• Participate in the preparation of FMEA, risk management, and PPAP processes.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards (IATF, product safety).
• Control the development budget and associated costs (CNQ).
• Manage scope changes and project monitoring.
• Coordinate Tier 2 suppliers and parts until their validation.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.

• Proficiency in Catia V5.
• Project management tools and MS Office.
