IT Project Manager

- University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent training.

- At least 2 years of experience performing PROJECT MANAGER functions in IT (Technological) projects.

- Experience working on the development of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects is valued.

- Experience working with Microsoft Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate...), WEB/Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Sharepoint will be valued.

- Experience with projects that incorporate AI into their process is highly valued.

We are looking for an PROJECT MANAGER IT whose mission will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the complete lifecycle of technological projects, ensuring that, in an efficient and controlled manner, they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality. In addition to managing risks and maintaining fluid communication with all stakeholders involved. The candidate will perform the following functions:

• Management of requirements from various areas for technological projects, technical analysis, and searching for the best solution to provide functional coverage:

- Collaborate with the requesting department to jointly define the functional requirement (scope and objectives).

- Analyze tools available internally or externally, together with the IT/Architecture area, to define the best technical solution.

- Continuous interlocution with the corresponding stakeholders to communicate and address the main needs of the client or specific area.

• Guarantee the execution of projects within the agreed deadlines by coordinating the resources necessary for their execution, including external providers and other areas of the company:

- Analysis and prioritization of tasks and deadlines, performing the monitoring and reporting that guarantees compliance with the defined milestones.

- Ensure compliance with project objectives, managing any incidents that may arise throughout its development, as well as improvement proposals to achieve them.

- Assign clear roles and responsibilities within the work group.

• Control of project budget, resources, and risks

- Establish and control the project budget, ensuring it is met.

- Perform efficient management of resources (human, material, and financial).
